Fully withdrawable inserts are used where you need to be able to do very fast changes or repairs to your system while the panel is still live. This is typically used where the lives of people are at stake. Such as hospitals, metros, tunnels etc.
Or where high financial costs are at stake. Such as oil platforms, refineries, airports, etc.

Fixed type means that all equipment, like breakers, contactors, terminals etc. are connected by bolted cables, wires and solid copper. Fixed type inserts are widely used for schools, factories, gas filling stations etc. Places where it is ok to switch off the power in order to do maintenance, repairs or changes.

Motor Vision Control insert is a small piece of electronic we have developed in order for the end user to be instantly alerted in case of a breaker malfunction or abnormal overheating. It sends a text message with a warning and with a reply, the end user can restart the panel or send a technician. For instance if it’s in an ice cream production and it’s the freezer that malfunctions then huge losses can be avoided because of this warning.

A Temperature Vision insert is another small piece of electronic that can avoid huge financial losses. It’s simply a monitoring system where temperature units are installed in key locations throughout the panel board. These units send back information to the end users computer. Max and min targets can be set so if there is an abnormal temperature change breaker malfunction can be avoided.
Apart from that, the yearly thermo photography that many countries use can be limited or even completely avoided.
